Should you renovate?

You should take care of small things before selling; it could have a positive effect on the selling price. Larger renovations, however, are rarely worthwhile because the potential buyer has his or her own ideas. We would be happy to advise you on your planned measures.

How long does a sale take?

As a rule, we assume a marketing time of 3 to 6 months. Depending on your expectations, this time can vary. A low price speeds up the sale without you having to worry about giving anything away, because if many potential buyers are interested in your property, the price usually regulates itself. We take care of the viewing management and also negotiate with interested parties. We document and present you with all offers including an assessment of feasibility. In the end you decide, we advise. If you decide on a higher purchase price, please plan a slightly longer marketing period. Potential buyers often know the prices in the area around your property and often only look at more expensive properties later. We would be happy to advise you on the right strategy.
